Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an IT Engineer with relevant experience to join our U.S. operations team. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role offers a great opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to a rapidly expanding niche market. The primary focus will be on maintaining, expanding, and implementing IT systems for our U.S. office and resolving technical issues for team members. This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential within the organization.

  • Maintain and optimize the performance of essential IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Implement IT infrastructure and services to support company operations.
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 domain and manage all shared resources for the U.S. team.
  • Implement and manage office network, including remote VPN solutions and secure access to company resources.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices across all IT systems.
  • Identify and implement ongoing improvements to IT processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5 years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing small office networks.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to provision and manage company IT devices and infrastructure.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, Sec+, or other relevant credentials.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer deliveries, and collaborating within a team.
