Overview

VETS, Inc., is looking to add a Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager / Team Lead with Sharepoint to our growing team. This is a permanent, full time position with full benefits located in Alexandria, VA. 

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will perform the below:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level expertise in developing complex SharePoint 2016 applications, SharePoint Online applications, as well as other platforms employed by NSF.
  • Defines functional requirements based on business needs, produces and maintains detailed technical documentation, and provides user support on technical issues.
  • Provides project plans, and weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Directs the completion of tasks within project estimated time frames and project budget constraints.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist.

Qualifications

This position requires:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
  • 6-10 years of current experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Minimum 6 years of SharePoint management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an agile software development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team transitioning an agency or customer from on-premise or cloud-based SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or other software platform.
