    VETS Inc is hiring for a fullt ime Program Manager/Team Coordinator to support one of our Government Contracts at Lackland AFB in TX.

    Responsibilities

    Provide demonstrated performance of work in the following areas:

     

    • Manage people and resources by assigning work assignments to key personnel under this task order.
    •  Perform periodic quality control on deliverables completed by other key personnel on this task order.
    •  Working knowledge of the government procurement process and regulations related to A/E services and construction contracts.
    •  Person responsible for the overall management of tasks performed under this task order.
    •  Ensuring that practical and effective processes and management control systems are developed to meet the objectives of this tasks assigned under this task order.
    •  Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
    •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    •  Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 10 years Program Management experience, with a minimum of three years’ experience in A&AS program management.
    • 20 years of A&AS project management support can be substituted for the ten years Program Management experience.
