The Senior Requirements and Modernization Analyst will synchronize doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions, coordinate with Program representatives on process, policy, change management, acquisition and fielding issues.
Conduct analysis, documentation, and planning support for executing and sustaining the modernization of equipment for Army formations.
Perform senior-level review, evaluation, and documentation of the full range of force management-related activities prior to review by the Army leadership.
Document technical acquisition and resource management analysis in the development of products that ensures adequate process and procedures for current or future program support plans.
Document acquisition integration and analysis for the current and future force and related initiatives. Provide subject matter expertise for the DoD Integrated Defense Acquisition, and Logistics Life Cycle Management System.
Support HQDA level Operational Planning Teams and Working Groups to observe and report on initiatives.
