As a Staffing Account Manager you will participate in new business development, maintain and grow existing customer base, participate in weekly customer meetings and collaborate closely with recruiters to identify technology professionals for existing client staffing requirements.
The Staffing Account manager will have the following dutes/responsibilities:
Develop new customer base and technologies for Staff Augmentation/Recruiting support Develop strategic marketing, e-mail and phone campaigns for Staff Augmentation/Recruiting support
Collaborate with recruiters and work to develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for ongoing recruitment Work with recruiters and customers in a fast paced - team oriented environment
Work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis
Ability to utilize social and professional networks for building customer base Manage, maintain and grow existing customer base
Manage, document and track client flow via customer tracking system Develop and create innovative best practices as they pertain to new business development
Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers
Oversee onboarding process for prospective employees
Navigate entire client organization through consistent phone and email strategy in order to cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant departments and hierarchy of decision makers.
