Overview

VETS, Inc., is seeking a Business Process Consultant/Strageic Planner for a full time opportunity current avaiable.  The candidate shall provide support to the development of the C4IM CST Plan and incorporate requirements derived from command Strategic Plans. Also provide support for the management, review and update, as required, of USACC C4IM CST policies, procedures and plans.  These responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Support the development and implementation of a USACC IT Classroom Modernization Plan that support s all Cadet Command training and testing facilities that support the SOCC, JSOCC, Cadre and Faculty development course(s), CST training and Testing
  • Support the development and implementation of a USACC AY 15/16 IT/IM Project Plan that support s all planning, coordination, and sustainment of actions to support the AY plan and routine preparation, updates, and actions supporting the USACC IT/IM WG
  • Support the development and implementation of a CST Battle Plan
  • Support the development and implementation of a CST IT/IM Administrative SOP
  • Support the development and implementation of a CST C4IM Continuity Book
  • Support the development and implementation of a CST C4IM Distribution Plan
  • Support the development and implementation of a CST C4IM input for POI development
  • Support the development and implementation of a CSTC4IM request for Forces manpower and equipment requirements document
  • Support the development USACC IT Strategic Plans input for Command and external organization strategic initiatives that influence or impact the support being or planned to be delivered in support of USACC

 

  

 

Responsibilities

In addition, the candidate must be able to:  

 

  • Shall possess a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Information Management from a regionally accredited institution of higher education that is accredited by one of the regional accrediting bodies;
  • Must have experience in strategic planning, preparing briefing decks and be an expert in written and oral presentations;
  • Possess a current secret clearance;
  • Shall have experience supporting knowledge management tools and implementing solutions for large organizations.
  • The contractor(s) performing PPPD functions shall possess a thorough knowledge and experience of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
